What is Fig Coffee Roastery?
We're a small business, in a seaside town.

We source high-quality coffee beans from visible producers, and maximize their unique qualities such as intensity,
sweetness, and acidity - synonymous with specialty coffee- with our roasts.

As well as pursuing deliciousness that our customers will love, our approach to business also involves considering circular processes for a better future,
as part of our responsibility in consuming coffee that comes to us from faraway countries overseas.

For example, we'll donate 1% of our revenue to organizations dedicated to issues such as the environment and employment.
We intend to select these organizations fairly each year, and this donation, equivalent to over 10% of the wholesale price of coffee beans in their countries of origin, will hopefully contribute to a brighter future.

We endeavor to be a business that cares about our friends in distant lands, while striving to enrich the everyday lives of our customers with our coffee.

顔の見える生産者から品質の高いコーヒーを譲り受け、
スペシャルティコーヒーならではの
鮮やかさ、甘さ、酸味などの特性が
最大限生かされるように焙煎を行っています。

お客様に喜んでいただけるおいしさを追求することはもちろん、
海を超えて遠い国からやってくるコーヒーを消費する責任として、
未来をよくする ”循環 ”を意識した事業を考えています。

例えば、売上の1%を環境問題や労働環境の改善などを行っている団体へ寄付すること。
団体の選定は毎年公平に行う予定ですが、現地のコーヒー豆卸価格の10%以上に相当する金額が、未来のために活用されます。

お客様の日常を私たちのコーヒーで少しでも豊かにするお手伝いをしながら、遠い国の友人のことを思う、そんな活動にできるように行動していきます。
